Phares Kablan is the Regional Manager of Kenya Re Cote d'Ivoire and has been with the subsidiary since January 2022. He brings a wealth of experience in insurance and reinsurance operations to his current role, where he oversees all operations of the regional office.

Before joining Kenya Re, Phares worked at NSIA Group Holding, where he held positions in all 24 subsidiaries and served as the Technical Manager for the subsidiaries in Cameroon and Benin. With more than 10 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance companies, Phares holds a Master's Degree from the High School of Insurance of the F.H.B National Institute in Yamoussoukro, Côte d'Ivoire.
