Jackline K. Mworia is an accomplished reinsurance professional with over a decade of experience in life reinsurance, underwriting, claims management, business development, marketing, and portfolio management. She currently serves as an Ag. Manager – Life at Kenya Reinsurance Corporation Limited, where she contributes to the management and growth of life reinsurance business across local and international markets.

Her expertise spans life treaty and facultative business, medical underwriting, special risk assessment, retrocession management, credit life and mortgage protection, claims management, portfolio performance, and client relationship management. She also brings strong experience in business development, strategic planning, account management, and engagement with cedants and brokers.

Jackline holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Nairobi, an Advanced Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), a Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), and a First-Class Honours BSc. in Actuarial Science from Kimathi University College of Technology.
