Mr. Abdi holds a Global Executive master’s in business administration (GeMBA) from the USIU School
of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance). He has over 35 years of experience
in business development and legislative practice having been a member of the East African Legislative
Assembly for ten years and as speaker of the Assembly for 5 years.
Mr. Abdi is currently the CEO of Mokka City Ltd, Lynx company Ltd, Abka Company Limited and
Executive Director in North Eastern Investment Ltd. He has vast experience in the public service.
