Jackson Nganda

Jackson Nganda is the Acting Manager, Human Resources, where he oversees the effective strategic management of the Corporation’s human capital at the Head Office and across three subsidiaries in Côte d’Ivoire, Uganda, and Zambia. He holds a master’s degree in leadership and governance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (Human Resource Option). Jackson is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP-K), certified by the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), and is a licensed HR practitioner and member of IHRM in good standing. He also holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from IHRM. In addition, Jackson is a Certified Trustee Development Practitioner by the College of Insurance. His professional qualifications further include certifications in Banking, Marketing, Sales, Advertising, and Public Relations, underscoring his multidisciplinary expertise in people management and organizational development.
