We had the pleasure of meeting our key business partner – Geminia Life Insurance at their offices on Tuesday, 19th March 2024. Our team led by our Group Managing Director, Dr. Hillary Wachinga, met the Geminia Life Insurance team that was led by Dr. Peter Gichuru.
The meeting was a prime opportunity to discuss areas of mutual benefit poised on improving our business partnership. Moreover, the meeting was a splendid chance for a candid conversation to address outstanding matters and quick settlement of the same for business continuity.
The duo also explored areas of partnership along the lines of capacity building through the Kenya Re Training Academy, Innovation as well as new reinsurance products. Dr. Gichuru was joined in the meeting by Head of Operations – Douglas Nyakwara, Senior Underwriting Officer – Benard Kandie and Underwriter – Cosmas Mboya.
Dr. Wachinga was accompanied by General Manager – Reinsurance Operations – Beth Nyaga, Manager, Marketing, Business Development and Kenya Re Training Academy Coordinator, Lucy Kagwiria, Acting Manager – Life Business, Yoves Angwenyi and Acting Assistant Manager – Credit Control, Claris Mwasaru.
