KENYA RE HOSTS SUCCESSFUL #AI4INSURANCE HACKATHON

Kenya Reinsurance Corporation recently hosted the #AI4Insurance Hackathon, bringing together students from 28 universities across Kenya to develop AI-driven solutions for the reinsurance industry. After three days of innovation and intense competition, Team Code254 emerged winners (KES 200,000), followed by DeepThink (KES 150,000) and Trifecta (KES 100,000). All participating teams were recognized for their creativity and effort. Special thanks were extended to the mentors and judges who guided the students throughout the event. The hackathon highlighted Kenya Re’s commitment to driving innovation and shaping the future of reinsurance.
